This full-time position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a strong connection to their clients. Utilizing our Simple Practice platform, therapists will perform virtual appointments through secure video conferencing and messaging, facilitating streamlined and effective communication. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop effective, client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals and couples, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our clinic's policies.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions to foster professional growth and adhere to best practices within the field.
• Continuously evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Baihealth, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples, each facing unique challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. Your role is vital in helping clients navigate their struggles, empowering them with coping strategies and treatment pathways that facilitate healing and resilience.

• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients through written and verbal means.
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and comfort in conducting virtual therapy sessions.

• Experience in remote/telehealth settings is a significant advantage.
• Skill in treatment planning and developing strategies tailored to the unique needs of diverse client populations.
• Prior work with specific demographics such as teens or couples.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our therapists will benefit from a zero-overhead structure, meaning that no fees are deducted from earnings. Additional benefits include:
