Healing Hearts Diagnostic and Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will utilize your expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide support and guidance to individuals and couples seeking mental health services. This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing high-quality mental health services. The focus on teletherapy means that you will conduct virtual appointments and engage with clients through secure video conferencing and messaging on the Simple Practice platform. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and best practices in psychotherapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing effective therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor client progress towards treatment goals and adjust plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress using Simple Practice.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, including CEU workshops.

• Engage in supervision and peer support initiatives to foster collaborative practice within our team.

• Advocate for clients’ needs and coordinate with other healthcare providers when necessary to ensure holistic care.

Our client demographic includes teens, adults, and couples dealing with a broad range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will be instrumental in creating safe spaces for clients to express themselves, explore their thoughts and feelings, and develop coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).

• Demonstrated skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable with conducting therapy sessions online and proficient in video conferencing technology.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Background in providing psychotherapy to varied populations, including specific experience with adolescents and couples.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
