• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy through weekly synchronous live video sessions to adult clients experiencing a variety of emotional disorders.
• Engage in regular case consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team, receiving guidance and supervision as needed to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create comprehensive treatment plans that encompass multiple aspects of patient care.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor patient improvements and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our efficient therapist portal, which is equipped with tools designed for hassle-free record keeping.

Our services cater to a broad spectrum of adults facing various emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. • A valid independent license in your state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) is required, with preference given for candidates holding licenses in multiple states.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing culturally sensitive care to a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with digital tools and an eagerness to embrace technology as part of your clinical practice.

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly regarded, especially in a community health environment.
• Experience working with high-acuity populations, including those facing suicidal thoughts and severe emotional disorders.
