As a fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional environment. Utilizing a telehealth facility, you will interact with clients through video and audio calls, online journals, and goal-setting tools. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize various communication modalities, including video sessions, audio messages, and interactive tools, to engage with clients effectively.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Manage your own schedule, choosing appointment times that work best for you and your clients.
• Participate in an accessible peer community to exchange knowledge, experiences, and advice regarding best practices in telehealth counseling.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing low-acuity issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight-related disorders, and grief counseling. Our platform does not cater to children or individuals with severe mental health conditions, allowing you to concentrate on providing quality care to a manageable group of clients.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• A Full Independent LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license valid in the state of Oregon.
• A strong reliable Internet connection, along with a computer or laptop (tablets are not supported) for conducting online sessions.

• Previous experience in a telehealth or virtual counseling environment.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities that can be effectively executed through remote technology.
• Experience in using digital tools for client engagement, including goal-setting applications and online therapeutic programs.

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
