Vanity Care Works Psychiatric Center is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. • Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely, utilizing our advanced online platform to interact with clients effectively.
• Assess client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific strategies and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the therapeutic process, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records according to legal and ethical standards.
• Work in partnership with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and secondary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Adhere to industry best practices, ethical guidelines, and state regulations while delivering mental health services.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve individuals who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse client base includes adults from various backgrounds, many of whom value the convenience and confidentiality that online therapy provides. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their lives by helping them achieve their mental health goals.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Active and valid state licensure as a mental health therapist, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Experience in providing individual therapy is essential to ensure effective client engagement and treatment.
• Proficiency in using technology and comfort in conducting remote therapy sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with online therapy platforms and tools to facilitate seamless remote interactions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar frameworks.
• A history of working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health.
