As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions using our telehealth platform, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of each session, including therapeutic notes and client progress, while ensuring compliance with privacy policies.
• Collaborating with our billing department to facilitate smooth processing of client billing, addressing any financial concerns on behalf of clients effectively.
• Utilizing our advanced telehealth systems to monitor client progress and adapt therapy approaches based on individual needs.
• Actively engaging in continued professional development through training sessions and consultations provided by our dedicated support team.

Our patient focus is diverse, catering to a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You'll work closely with clients from various backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in an appropriate field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster professional interactions with clients, families, and administrative personnel.
• The capacity to work independently and adapt to a flexible telehealth environment.
• A designated, private workspace conducive to therapy sessions, in compliance with privacy regulations.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous:

• Previous experience managing a caseload effectively, demonstrating reliability and organization in client interactions.
• Possession of dual or multi-state licensure is a plus, broadening the potential scope of practice.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapeutic techniques.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive compensation package for this full-time position:

• A salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Healthcare stipend eligibility for full-time employees after meeting designated requirements.
• A sign-on bonus for newly approved counselors, applicable to both full-time and part-time employees.
