We're looking for a Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Analyst to join our Global Regulatory Affairs team at our headquarters in Bend, Oregon.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their regulatory or environmental compliance career who wants to gain hands-on experience working with federal and state regulatory requirements, environmental reporting, and product compliance in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to help ensure our products and operations remain compliant while supporting innovative technologies used around the world.

This position is based full-time in Bend, Oregon. Regular onsite collaboration is an essential part of this role. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. Relocation to the Bend area is required for candidates who do not currently reside locally.

    Job Description

    What You'll Do

    As a Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Analyst, you'll support the day-to-day regulatory and environmental compliance activities that keep our products, facilities, and operations running safely and responsibly.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Prepare and maintain environmental reports required by federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
    • Support environmental permitting and compliance activities, including waste management, air emissions, hazardous materials, and chemical reporting.
    • Assist with regulatory submissions, product registrations, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
    • Maintain permits, certifications, regulatory files, and compliance records.
    • Monitor changes in environmental and regulatory requirements and communicate potential impacts to the business.
    • Support regulatory inspections, agency requests, and internal and external audits.
    • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into daily operations.
    • Assist in developing compliance procedures, documentation, and employee training materials.
    • Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and strengthen compliance programs.
    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, or a related scientific field.
    • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, EHS, environmental consulting, manufacturing compliance, or a related field.
    • Experience working with or preparing documentation for federal and/or state regulatory agencies such as EPA, OSHA, DEQ, ODA, or similar agencies.
    • Experience supporting environmental reporting, permitting, inspections, or compliance documentation.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, chemical manufacturing, biotechnology, food production, or related industries.
    • Familiarity with pesticide, chemical, or environmental regulations.
    • Experience participating in regulatory inspections or compliance audits.
