As a Sales Development Rep at Sensi you will help build and develop Sensi's sales infrastructure by reaching out to high quality sales leads, creating strong relationships in the healthcare field and increasing Sensi's brand awareness all across the US.
Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote and sell Sensi's product, value proposition, and capabilities including product demonstrations and pricing structures in both Zoom and in-person meetings to new and existing clients.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams and provide active feedback to inform Sensi's product strategy and sales playbook.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Be open to feedback and continuously improve through it.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with high conversion rates.
  • Experience with short sales cycles.
  • Experience with SMB focused B2B sales.
  • Experience working with non-technical and non-tech savvy individuals.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Prioritizing, time and relationship management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
