• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, focusing on improving clients' mental health.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, aiding them in gaining self-awareness and understanding their relationships.
• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate personal goals and strategies for achieving them.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions, and develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach guided by your clinical expertise.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.

Your primary clientele will consist of screened, stable adults who present with low acuity mental health concerns. This demographic allows you to focus on therapeutic interventions and preventive strategies, rather than crisis intervention. By working with a defined and manageable patient base, you can cultivate meaningful therapeutic relationships and support positive outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, patience, and active listening.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms, ensuring a smooth virtual therapy experience.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Previous experience working in teletherapy or remote counseling environments is preferred.
