The counselor will work remotely from their own location, providing flexibility in scheduling and the comfort of working from home. The position is entirely telehealth-based, and you will conduct sessions from your designated workspace. In this role, you will engage in a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing your clients’ mental health and overall well-being. Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting one-on-one video chat therapy sessions with clients, focusing on their individual needs.
• Encouraging open discussions about emotions and experiences, helping clients gain deeper self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Developing, implementing, and adjusting personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental states.
• Utilizing a solution-focused approach to empower clients in achieving their mental health goals and promoting their independence.

Your primary client base will consist of adults managing a spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management. Our approach is client-centered, focusing on individuals who are stable and low-acuity, which allows you to foster a supportive and empowering therapeutic relationship.

To ensure the highest quality of care, we require all candidates to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent license as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms.

Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment are critical for achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, our full-time counselors benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
