Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration expert with extensive experience in SAP data migration projects with previous experience on Syniti tools (ADM or ADMM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP data models and migration processes, coupled with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams, ensure data quality, and deliver on project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP implementation strategies.
  • Configure data migration tools including Syniti ADMM and BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data mapping and migration requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to design and optimize data migration processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the migration process.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration roles for greenfield or brownfield projects. Expertise on data migration methodology (mock cycles, validation approach, etc.) is a must.
  • Proven experience with data migration tools including LTMC, DMC, BODS, Syniti tools (e.g., Syniti ADMM/SKP, Syniti Knowledge Platform) and its various modules including Reporting hub, Migrate & Construct.
  • Experience with legacy SAP data tools like LSMW, MASS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and data structures (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).
  • Extensive knowledge on SAP Data model (Materials, Business Partners, BOMs, Routings, etc.)
  • Knowledge on configurable materials and associated data objects including material classes and characteristics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification in one or more technical areas is a plus.
  • Certification on Syniti ADMM would be preferred.
  • Exposure to Variant Configuration (VC or AVC) would be a plus

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400 - $152,100 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
