We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive large-scale data center migration programs, including deployments involving 50,000+ systems across complex, distributed environments. This role requires a strong mix of program management expertise, technical depth, and strategic oversight to ensure seamless execution across infrastructure, networking, compute, and storage domains.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing enterprise-level migrations with significant interdependencies, multiple stakeholder groups, and high-impact deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery of data center migrations, including infrastructure builds, system migrations, and large-scale deployments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage risks, escalations, and dependencies with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, networking, security, and cloud teams.
  • Define and track success metrics; ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting.
  • Drive vendor and partner coordination for third-party system migrations and logistics.
  • Champion best practices in infrastructure program management, including change management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
