As a Technical Program Manager for Fintech, you will drive end-to-end program execution and delivery across ServiceTitan's Fintech portfolio, including Payments, Payables, and Financing. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver scalable financial solutions that increase contractor revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen platform reliability.
This role requires a strong execution mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to turn complex, cross-functional efforts into measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do:
  • Own the execution and delivery of key Fintech programs - ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define clear success criteria, program milestones, and KPIs tied to customer and business outcomes.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, ensuring decisions are data-driven and surfaced early to maintain program predictability.
  • Drive visibility and accountability through clear reporting, dashboards, and communication across leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth launches, adoption readiness, and outcome tracking.
  • Continuously improve execution processes, streamlining how teams plan, deliver, and measure success across programs.
  • Champion alignment and trust, ensuring all teams stay focused on outcomes that drive measurable business and customer value

What you'll bring:
  • 3-5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments, with a proven ability to deeply understand business context and deliver high-impact outcomes through strong cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and effective resource management.
  • Familiarity with Fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing, with demonstrated ability to apply business insights to drive execution and measurable results.
  • Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product leaders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and connect execution to outcomes.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on driving clarity, accountability, and results.

For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role isZone 1: $111,800 USD - $167,600 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WAZone 2: $104,500 USD - $156,700 USD Applicable for: All other US locations.International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
