Job description


The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will support the Senior Engineering Manager with all technical issues for the Engineering COEs and Training. The TPM will report to the Senior Engineering Manager for Execution and manage, coordinate, and lead all technical issues on behalf of the Engineering COE group.
This role will encompass the following items:
  • TPM will lead and maintain ERS/HVM applications and provide platform support for technical platforms such as Power DB, OLDP, Doble Protection, RTS, etc.
  • TPM will be the primary contact for high priority technical issues for both internal and external customers.
  • TPM may serve as our ERS representative for industry standard boards, meetings, conferences, etc.
  • TPM will travel as necessary to resolve all technical issues, but the role is mainly a back-office role
  • TPM will assist with process and ppliance across our projects.
  • TPM will generate periodic "E-Tips" for the businesrs to communicate technical and safety issues.
  • TPM will work with EHS team as a technical advisor on safety issues.
  • TPM will assist the Training Team with technical training development.

Education & Certifications: Please note minimum and preferred requirements for education. This includes degree, specializations and certifications.
  • Technical Degree and/or equivalent industry experience required

  • 10 years of Vertiv Product knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
