Blackrock Strategy is seeking a Technical Analysis Specialist to provide advanced technical and analytical support to Task Force RAPTR technology experimentation and assessment activities.

This position serves as a technical lead for complex technology assessments, with emphasis on electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) analysis, threat-informed red teaming, quantitative analysis, and sustainment evaluation. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong quantitative and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical information into actionable findings for Government stakeholders and senior leaders.

  • Serve as a technical liaison with Government organizations, industry, academia, research laboratories, test facilities, and other mission partners.
  • Develop and communicate technical findings, assessment results, and recommendations through analytical products, technical reports, briefings, and other decision-support materials.
  • Support technical working groups, planning conferences, field experimentation events, and continuous improvement of experimentation and assessment methodologies.
