Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Delivery Management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to drive projects with minimal direction and high accountability.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
  • Experience managing Salesforce implementation, enhancement, integration, or migration projects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce release management, change management, and deployment processes.
  • Ability to coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
  • Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance activities.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs involving business, technology, and operations teams.
  • Make informed decisions independently and proactively resolve project challenges.
