This is a hands-on delivery role (not a coordination role) which requires the TPM to independently carry a complex, multi-workstream portfolio with minimal oversight.

Locations: Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid) / Georgia / New York / Massachusetts / Connecticut (Remote)

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Own end-to-end project delivery across the SaaS Operations portfolio, managing scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Partner with CloudOps, Infrastructure, SRE, Solution Architecture, Security and Service Management leads to drive execution, surface blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
  • Develop and maintain core project artifacts including charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, dependency maps, and integrated project schedules
  • Manage project intake and change requests through our Portfolio governance process, enforcing proper scoping and approvals before development/execution begins
  • Produce status reporting for portfolio and stakeholders with clear, concise, audience-appropriate communication
  • Assist in program-level planning and execution for our Data Center Exit program
  • Drive requirements gathering sessions with technical leads and translate inputs into structured, actionable and traceable requirements
  • Continuously help improve our TPO processes, templates, and tooling to increase team efficiency and mature the governance process across the program portfolio.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in a technology, SaaS, or infrastructure-related environment, with at least 2–3 years managing cross-functional technical teams
  • Demonstrated experience owning projects end-to-end independently (not in a support or coordination capacity)

  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools including Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, Jira (a plus)
  • Experience operating within a formal governance structure with defined intake, change management, and escalation processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity for executive audiences

What Sets You Apart (preferred qualifications)

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience managing Data Center Exit, data center consolidation, or large-scale infrastructure migration programs
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts: AWS and familiarity with cloud migration patterns
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITIL processes including RITM and change management workflows
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent foundational cloud certification
  • Experience contributing to or building portfolio governance frameworks or project management methodologies
