• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to achieve measurable goals and positive outcomes tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ emotional and relational needs, setting the foundation for effective treatment plans.
• Document clinical encounters meticulously, ensuring compliance with state regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and organizational policies, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and detail.
• Engage in regular team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to promote continuous professional development and uphold the clinic's commitment to quality care.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at raising awareness about mental health resources and reducing stigma associated with seeking therapy.
• Provide timely crisis interventions and emotional support during urgent situations, utilizing evidence-based practices to manage and resolve crises effectively.

The clients you will work with at InStride Health Associates come from diverse backgrounds and walk through various life challenges, including trauma recovery, relationship difficulties, mental health crises, and family dynamics. Your role will involve collaborating with clients of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and families, creating an inclusive atmosphere that respects each individual's unique cultural, social, and emotional experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this position.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Vermont.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical experience in providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual counseling sessions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and document clinical interactions clearly.

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care, crisis management, or specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy will find their skills particularly valuable in this role.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
