As a licensed mental health therapist at Deep Logic Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans focused on their unique circumstances.
• Utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Leading psychoeducational and support groups for patients to foster community engagement and address common mental health concerns.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all patients.
• Providing crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support to stabilize patients in distress.
• Educating patients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Participating actively in case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to enhance patient care.
• Staying abreast of current research and best practices in therapeutic techniques, contributing to your continuous professional growth.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele struggling with a broad spectrum of mental health issues. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proven track record in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective patient engagement and collaboration with team members.
• Adherence to professional ethical standards, ensuring sound judgment and boundary-keeping in clinical practice.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

While applicants with at least two years of relevant clinical experience are required, preference may be given to individuals who have:

• Experience providing therapy in both individual and group settings to a diverse patient population.
• A background in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques to enhance patient engagement.
