As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized therapy goals and objectives.
• Providing ethical, compassionate counseling services through virtual video sessions, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for each client.
• Employing solution-focused therapeutic modalities, utilizing techniques rooted in evidence-based practices to address individual client challenges.
• Monitoring progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans and encouraging the development of healthy coping mechanisms.
• Promoting self-awareness in clients by facilitating discussions around their feelings, experiences, and personal relationships.

This position primarily serves stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance and support in managing various aspects of their mental health. You will work with a diverse range of individuals facing everyday stressors as well as deeper emotional challenges. • Minimum Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensure: You must hold an active state license recognized in your practice area, which can include a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Psychology Doctorate (PsyD).
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision is essential for this role.
• Must have a clean licensure record, free from any disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing an empathetic and understanding approach to clients.
• Keen knowledge of the latest developments and techniques in psychotherapy practices.
• Comfortable with technology and computers, with the ability to efficiently navigate digital platforms for client management.

The compensation for this role will range from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your working hours and experience. Our organization offers competitive benefits, including:
