• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to design and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to enhance clients' resilience and coping skills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging with psychiatrists and other mental health providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources and strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Engage in continuous learning, staying updated with the latest research and clinical practices to optimize client outcomes.

You will work with a varied patient demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing an array of mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse cultural backgrounds and may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be critical in providing culturally sensitive care that acknowledges and respects each individual’s unique life experiences and perspectives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Oregon, free from any disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical practice, including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable utilizing remote technology platforms for virtual therapy sessions.

• Experience in school-based mental health settings or working directly with children and teenagers is highly favorable.
• Familiarity with indigenous and culturally relevant therapeutic modalities is a plus.
• A background in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care will enhance your effectiveness within our team.
