Deep Logic Therapy, LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated licensed mental health therapists to join our dynamic team. In this full-time remote position, you will provide therapeutic services to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy through a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational group sessions that promote understanding of mental health issues and foster community support among participants.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of the patient's well-being.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention services during emergent situations, equipping clients with tools and strategies to manage acute distress.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community support resources.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care.
  • Stay current with emerging research and practices in mental health to continually improve the quality of therapy provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role with Deep Logic Therapy, LLC, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to older adults, and address a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Our patient population includes individuals seeking support for chronic mental health conditions as well as those in crisis. This diversity requires sensitivity, understanding, and a commitment to culturally competent care, ensuring every client feels respected and understood.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proven therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience in conducting detailed assessments and developing effective treatment modalities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and upholding ethical standards in all client interactions.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings, group therapy facilitation, or specialized training in evidence-based practices will be strongly preferred. Familiarity with various EHR systems will also enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

Deep Logic Therapy, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
