Zenith Wellness Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. • Manage your own flexible schedule, determining how many clients to see weekly, which allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Utilize our built-in marketing support and client referral system to grow your caseload effectively, ensuring that you can focus on providing quality care.
• Match with clients based on your clinical interests and preferences, enabling you to leverage your expertise in specific areas for improved therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide live, personalized support to both clinicians and clients, while streamlining the processes involved in scheduling and delivering care.
• Quickly and efficiently verify client insurance benefits through our automated systems to eliminate delays in access to care, boosting client confidence in your services.

As an LPC with Zenith Wellness Group, you will primarily work with diverse clients who are facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our telehealth model ensures that you reach individuals in need whenever and wherever they are, making your role pivotal in enhancing their access to effective care.

• Active and current LPC licensure issued in the state of Oregon.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must be equipped to maintain a secure and private home office space to uphold client confidentiality.
• Understand regulatory and background requirements conducive to providing effective care.
• Possess knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses to inform treatment approaches.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology throughout your workday, including telehealth software and communication platforms.
• Experience collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment goals and strategies.
• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments that inform therapy plans.

• Prior experience working in telehealth settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD $100,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload size. In addition to a lucrative salary, our benefits package includes:
