• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, determining their needs, issues, and goals to formulate effective treatment plans.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist with Hopeful Minds, you will serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and life stages. This role particularly focuses on addressing issues pertinent to mental health, relationship dynamics, and family systems, working to create meaningful impact and support for those who may not otherwise have access to therapy. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
• Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy is essential, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic practices and client interactions.
• Proficiency in timely and accurate documentation, including client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, is critical.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ethical standards in mental health care.

• Experience working with both children and adults in a therapeutic setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with the latest evidence-based therapies and techniques within the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Ability to work effectively within a remote, tech-enabled environment and utilize various digital platforms for therapy delivery.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
