Silver Lake Psychological Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our remote team. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health services to clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of multidisciplinary mental health professionals by fostering a collaborative environment and guiding them in delivering quality services.
• Providing direct supervision and support to staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care and compliance with LMFT/LCSW/LPC requirements.
• Implementing personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, incorporating therapy techniques that address individual needs and challenges.
• Overseeing administrative functions related to client management, care documentation, and service delivery, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
• Creating and executing marketing strategies to enhance community outreach and develop business contacts, increasing organizational visibility.
• Engaging in opportunities for Clinical Supervision, mentoring junior staff, and providing training as needed to enhance their professional skills.

Our clients consist of diverse individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including but not limited to addiction, trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. As a counselor in our remote setting, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of these individuals by providing empathetic support and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to their specific circumstances.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is mandatory, with adherence to all relevant state requirements and supervision guidelines.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing mental health services, particularly in crisis management settings.
• Strong clinical knowledge of addiction issues and their interplay with psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma, homelessness, and co-occurring disorders, showcasing a holistic approach to treatment.
• A respectful and professional demeanor toward clients, staff, and those in supervisory roles, fostering an inclusive workplace.

• Experience in telehealth service provision, comfortable with using technology and digital platforms for counseling.
• Involvement in community outreach and initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness.
