This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible and balanced work-life integration. You will engage with clients through our secure online platform, ensuring that therapy services are accessible and convenient. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around conducting virtual therapy sessions from your home or any preferred location, making use of technology to create a warm and trusting therapeutic rapport.

• Conduct one-on-one remote therapy sessions utilizing our secure digital platform, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for each client.
• Assess client's mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and challenges.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment methodologies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date, compliant records in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Adhere to ethical standards and legal guidelines in the delivery of mental health services.

Our diverse client base includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups and cultural backgrounds, helping to break down barriers to care and support clients in navigating their unique mental health journeys.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health counselor, with options including: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Previous experience providing individual therapy is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions, including familiarity with telehealth practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with a diverse client demographic.
• A self-motivated approach, capable of working independently while also contributing as an integral team member.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, our benefits include:
