• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the multifaceted needs of clients, and compile detailed clinical summaries that aid in treatment planning.
• Design and implement structured, evidence-based treatment plans that include specific, measurable objectives tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions in adherence to clinic standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Continuously monitor client treatment progress, adapting strategies as necessary, and ensuring open lines of communication with clients and any involved family members or support systems.
• Foster professional relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, support, and understanding while actively engaging in their treatment journey.

The diverse client population we serve includes individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role is instrumental in not only addressing mental health symptoms but also in empowering clients to enhance their coping strategies, thereby facilitating a path to recovery and promoting sustained mental wellness.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience is essential, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and client interaction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying complex information and engaging with clients.
• Proficient in telehealth technology and electronic health record systems, ensuring efficient remote service delivery and documentation.

While the minimum qualifications are stated, we prefer candidates with specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing (MI). Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a telehealth setting, will also be advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
