• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring evaluations are thorough and conducive to developing effective treatment plans.
• Create tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, employing a collaborative approach rooted in transparency and engagement.
• Deliver engaging and compassionate virtual therapy sessions utilizing proven, evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest research and trends in psychological practices, integrating new knowledge and techniques into your therapeutic practice.

Your clientele will include a wide range of individuals facing varied mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Working with diverse backgrounds, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the specific cultural and emotional needs of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license is essential for this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required to ensure readiness for the diverse challenges of this role.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document client sessions and progress accurately is expected.
• Strong communication and empathy skills to build rapport with clients and foster their trust in your therapeutic approach.

• Experience working in telehealth settings, demonstrating a comfort level with technology to provide effective remote therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods to effectively address a range of mental health issues.
• Proven ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team, contributing positively to the organizational culture.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually. The compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program that encompasses:
