Job description

Description Summary: The IT Tech Analyst serves primarily as a project team member in the review of project, design, and technical deliverables. Duties and Responsibilities: Update and maintain technical documentation for projects and assignments using the appropriate tools and deliverables. Proactively researches, identifies, and resolves issues and/or code as necessary.

Participates in the implementation of software programs, platform solutions, etc. Participate in release activities and on-call rotations as needed. Part of a team that is involved in code reviews and unit testing efforts.

Works with team to respond to and answer questions generated by internal IT teams. Creates and maintains automated test scripts, system documentation, run books, and/or manuals. Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1 year programming experience, or successful participation in the Tech Youth Program Preferred Qualifications: Strong technical skills and a good understanding of software development principles and project lifecycles Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to explain project risks and issues, and IT related concepts clearly and concisely High motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills Ability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively with all business and IT areas. Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
