IT Director

SPIROL supports industries including automotive, aerospace, hand and power tools, and green energy by providing engineered metal fasteners and precision components that help hold the world together. We are seeking a driven and strategic IT Director to lead global technology operations and support the continued growth and digital advancement of our organization.

What You'll Do

• Oversee global technology operations and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

• Ensure compliance with all global and governmental regulations related to cybersecurity, security, and data privacy

• Partner with executive leadership to optimize the use of technology across the organization

• Design and implement strategic IT programs that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency

• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver digital solutions that strengthen global competitiveness

• Lead the delivery and support of network infrastructure, disaster recovery systems, and business continuity processes

• Oversee operational performance of IT systems and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on root cause analysis and long term solutions

• Support and lead global IT initiatives across SPIROL facilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Manufacturing environment experience required; automotive or aerospace industry experience preferred

• 10+ years of experience managing an IT department

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing long term IT strategies and 5 year roadmaps

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

• Strong problem solving and strategic planning abilities

• Ability to travel globally to SPIROL facilities as needed
