Revenue Cycle Management manages a team focused on a series of clinical and administrative processes that healthcare providers utilize to capture, bill, and collect patient service revenue. The revenue cycle shadows the entire patient care journey and begins with patient appointment scheduling and ends when the patients account balance is zero./ppWork Schedule/ppFully Onsite in Twinsburg, OH/pp8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday/ppJob Summary/ppThe Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Support role provides critical onsite administrative and quality support to remote RCM Analysts by ensuring hard copy claims and appeals are accurate, complete, and mailed correctly to insurance companies.

This role serves as a quality checkpoint before claims and appeals are sent out, helping prevent denials caused by documentation or data mismatches./ppThis position handles physical mail, document scanning and indexing, validation of claims, appeals, and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and works closely with remote analysts and supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
