You will utilize telehealth platforms that facilitate seamless communication with clients through video calls, phone calls, and secure messaging. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that address their unique concerns.
• Implement and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to ensure effective treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic and integrated care for our clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and recovery strategies, fostering a supportive environment that encourages active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards in the mental health profession.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role is to engage with clients from different cultural backgrounds, understanding their unique experiences and perspectives. This interaction will enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence, helping you to develop treatment plans that resonate with each individual's life context.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for candidacy.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a solid foundational understanding of therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

While not required, experience with telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapy tools will be considered an asset. Specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities will also enhance your application.

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
