This role is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms. • Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, utilizing in-depth assessments and evaluations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, adhering to all legal standards and ethical guidelines governing mental health records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain up-to-date on the latest research and practices in mental health.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population facing various emotional and psychological challenges. These may include individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or those dealing with trauma and life transitions. You'll play a critical role in supporting clients as they navigate their unique journeys to achieve emotional stability and personal growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current and valid Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• Ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements established for our clinical team.
• Minimum of one year of practical experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations.
• Prior experience in client assessment, diagnosis, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology for documentation, therapy, and communication, including basic keyboarding skills.

• Experience with telehealth therapy platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or evidence-based interventions.
• Work experience within a multidisciplinary team setting focused on comprehensive patient care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
