As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Wellness Support Center, you will actively engage in the following responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments that explore client histories and current mental health challenges to craft tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering wellness.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful progress in your clients’ journeys.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, as your role demands accuracy and confidentiality in patient records.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and integrate diverse perspectives for optimal outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss best practices, share insights, and continually enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources, promoting empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health through research and continuing education, allowing you to integrate innovative approaches into your practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your compassionate guidance will help clients navigate their struggles while building resilience and fostering recovery. You will focus particularly on creating a safe space for individuals to express themselves and work collaboratively towards their personal treatment goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, which demonstrates your solid foundation in clinical practices.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida, affirming your qualifications and commitment to ethical practice in social work.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing comprehensive expertise crucial for delivering effective therapy.
