Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. This includes applying evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to chart a clear path for client recovery.
• Implement various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to engage clients in their healing process and foster resilience.
• Maintain precise clinical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance as an integral part of your professional responsibilities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care and align treatment approaches for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and enhancing the collective knowledge of the treatment team to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
