This role will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining direct connections with clients through virtual consultations. As part of our outpatient facility, you will interact with a variety of clients and healthcare providers using robust telehealth technologies. • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and ongoing mental health treatment to understand and address the needs of your clients.
• Provide case management and advocacy by coordinating services, including medication monitoring and referrals to educational or community resources.
• Engage in collaborative care with primary care providers, prescribing physicians, and emergency services, ensuring a holistic approach to client treatment.
• Document client progress and interactions accurately within our electronic health record systems, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, assessing client needs and coordinating immediate services to ensure safety and support.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support. You will address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your treatment approach will be tailored to individual needs, focusing on fostering resilience and promoting personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse caseload of clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage documentation, schedules, and client information effectively.
• A calm and positive demeanor with the ability to empathize and establish trust with clients.
• Demonstrated strong time management skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting providing therapy or counseling services.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A background in crisis intervention and experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
