As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renewed Reflection Counseling Services, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive mental health care to clients in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans for your clients, ensuring tailored interventions that address their unique needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues, guiding clients in developing positive coping mechanisms and strategies.
• Consult regularly with medical providers regarding the psychosocial issues that clients present during their appointments, facilitating integrated care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment plans that promote holistic wellness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
