Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans for your clients, ensuring tailored interventions that address their unique needs.

  • Collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment plans that promote holistic wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in integrated care settings where behavioral and physical health converge.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
