Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to design tailored therapeutic plans for clients, targeting their specific mental health needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately reflects client progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training that foster your expertise in contemporary mental health practices and innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Many clients may also come from underserved communities with limited access to traditional mental health care, making your expertise particularly vital in achieving positive outcomes. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in assessment and therapy techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience
