Key Responsibilities

• Engage in active listening techniques to help clients express their thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential environment.
• Develop meaningful connections with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding to foster trust and openness.
• Provide customized therapeutic interventions targeting individual client issues, ensuring that care plans are tailored and specific to each patient's unique circumstances and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and established best practices to assess, analyze, and resolve client issues effectively.
• Work independently while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, managing multiple cases and administrative tasks amidst a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and implement appropriate solutions for standard challenges faced by clients, drawing from a range of strategies and established policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a varied patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of digital platforms for counseling and therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing remote counseling services, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Prior work experience in outpatient mental health settings, with a track record of successful patient outcomes.
