Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to inform treatment planning.
• Craft tailored individual and group therapy plans, targeting specific mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Lead engaging and supportive therapy sessions via telehealth, adopting evidence-based methodologies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications
