Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide crisis intervention for clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring appropriate treatment pathways are established.
  • Collaborate closely with clients’ families and support systems, guiding them through treatment plans and discharge strategies to promote ongoing support and mental well-being.
  • Engage in proactive communication with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to discuss client progress and address any emerging concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records and progress notes according to industry standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and treatment planning sessions with interdisciplinary team members to create individual care plans that reflect best practices and client needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Vertex Behavioral Healthcare, you will serve a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Your expertise in mindfulness and solution-focused therapies will empower clients to develop coping strategies and achieve their therapeutic goals. Qualifications
  • A valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience providing professional counseling services.
  • Demonstrated ability in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records (EMR) software, and digital communication platforms.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with treatment modalities targeting anxiety and depressive disorders is preferred.
  • Familiarity with best practices in telehealth services is an advantage.
  • Background in crisis intervention and risk assessment.
Compensation and Benefits

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
