Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet each patient’s emotional and psychological needs.
• Utilize active listening techniques to build rapport, ensuring patients feel heard, understood, and supported during their therapeutic journey.
• Employ evidence-based practices to facilitate effective therapy sessions, adapting methods to fit patient response and progress.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic care of patients, maintaining open communication and sharing insights regarding treatment outcomes.
• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently while adhering to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Document patient progress, treatment interactions, and therapeutic adjustments accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance and transparency.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with tools and strategies for managing mental health challenges.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions for continued professional development and enhancement of clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range across a spectrum of ages and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related distress. Qualifications

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Strong understanding and operational use of digital platforms for remote therapy; familiarity with telehealth services is essential.
• Proven skills in active listening, empathy, and establishing therapeutic alliances with patients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient settings, providing therapy to a diverse range of clients.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of community resources and the ability to make referrals for additional services as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
