We are a multi-campus cosmetology school in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (remote position). You’ll be responsible for lead generation and branding.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee lead generation across social media, company websites, and other advertisement platforms
  • Monitor performance metrics across SEO, paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), Social Media, and CRM
  • Meet goals for leads, with weekly reporting on performance metrics
  • Help identify, select and manage marketing agencies/vendors to ensure implementation and performance
  • Monitor reviews/comments on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Generate ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Manage our CRM (Velocify)
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns
  • Direct Social Media strategies
  • Help Build and Maintain Websites as needed
  • Assist with various projects
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience
