Job description

Job Title: Techno-Functional Taleo Consultant
Location: Remote
Type: 12 mo Contract w/option to renew
Compensation: Negotiable
Hours: 40 hrs a week 


Security Clearance: No Clearance but candidate must be a Citizen as per Fed Gov client requirements


Responsibilities

  • Support Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) integration and report development utilizing the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) in a Windows environment.


  • Assist with Taleo decommissioning efforts by developing reports and performing end-to-end testing for data extraction to ensure data completeness.


  • Design, create, and test data extraction plans for Taleo decommissioning projects.


  • Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configurations.


  • Develop data models and mapping to support views for data visualization tools.


  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and develop reports as required.


  • Provide training sessions for relevant staff on integrated systems.


  • Monitor project issues and work with the team on resolution during all project phases.


  • Prepare and deliver project requirements, design, and test documentation for peer review.

Requirements

  • Experience with extracting data from Taleo via the TCC tool, especially for system decommissioning.


  • Proficiency in developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests.


  • Ability to create detailed documentation of system processes and data flows.


  • Strong organizational and communication skills.


  • Knowledge of data migration and verification reporting.


  • Experience with reporting tools such as Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
