Job description

Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Platform Support Specialist to join our team and provide implementation and technical support for the Wolter Kluver CCH Tagetik for SAP HANA platform. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation, integration, and optimization of the platform, enabling clients to achieve superior financial performance and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Support and Maintenance:
o Provide technical support for the CCH Tagetik for SAP HANA platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, metadata synchronization, and reporting.
o Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
2. Integration and Data Management:
o Manage and optimize the integration of SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP HANA data sources using SAP HANA Smart Data Access (SDA) and SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI).
o Automate data and metadata extraction, mapping, and synchronization from SAP S/4HANA tables and other systems.
o Ensure real-time data access and reporting capabilities.
3. Infotree Support and Training:
o Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using the CCH Tagetik platform.
o Train clients on platform functionalities, including financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
o Client as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
4. System Optimization and Enhancements:
o Utilize AI and machine learning tools to enhance close processes, including AI matching, anomaly detection, and driver-based analysis.
o Support the expansion of the platform's capabilities (e.g. tax compliance, and integrated disclosure).
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless platform integration and functionality.
o Document processes, workflows, and solutions to maintain a knowledge base for internal and Infotree use.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in supporting SAP HANA or similar platforms.
o Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud,
o Experience with financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in SAP HANA Smart Data Access (SDA) and SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI).
o Knowledge of metadata management and integration routines.
o Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies for financial processes.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and Infotree-facing abilities.
