Assist in preparing reporting packages for Tax, Treasury, Risk Management, and other functional areas.
  • Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: Design and maintain complex budgets and forecasts using trend and analytical techniques. Collaborate closely with department and business leaders to develop assumptions, monitor changes throughout the fiscal year, and provide insights that support decision-making.
  • Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve accounting and financial processes through technology, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support adoption of new tools, systems, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business insights.
  • Auditing: Assess internal controls and risk areas while supporting recommendations for improvement. Prepare and/or review audit schedules to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Tax Accounting & Planning: Provide tax-related data and support to the tax department, including responding to questions related to sales, use, and personal property taxes, where applicable.

  • Capital Planning & Appropriation: Support planning, modeling, and financial analysis projects, including preparing and reviewing Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) and post-completion reviews. Assist with operating and financial projections supporting short-term and long-term business plans. Maintain and track fixed asset records where applicable.
