About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities by selling BOS engineering and industrial automation solutions, while identifying best-fit, value-driven solutions for customer processes and production flow.
  • Maintain and strategically expand a list of assigned and target accounts, with a strong focus on developing new relationships and markets.
  • Identify and pursue target companies and industries to support BOS's expansion into new markets.
  • Register and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs) within the sales database, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Review and manage orders, contributing to achieving monthly and annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute a sales plan focused on new business growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan outlining key industries, accounts, and growth strategies.
  • Conduct sales visits, lead customer discussions, and present technical solutions that align with customer needs and BOS capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and applications teams to develop competitive, technically sound proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Lead customer discussions through proposal, negotiation, and final sale closure.
  • Actively contribute to the Sales and Marketing team by sharing insights, strategies, and market feedback.
