Years of experience/education and/or certifications required:
  • 6+ years of IT/Systems experience

What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?
  • 2+ years of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) system architecture and administration (ACP-SA Certification is desired).
  • Deep hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and others)
  • Strong communication, planning, and organization skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?
