Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents navigating a range of mental health challenges within the school system. You will work collaboratively with families and educators to support the emotional and psychological needs of students, fostering an environment where they can thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on working with children and adolescents preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities to effectively engage with students and their families.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a school setting and familiarity with the educational system's dynamics and challenges.
  • Skills in crisis intervention and the ability to recognize and respond to acute mental health needs.
  • Knowledge of relevant community resources and support networks available for students.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. In addition to financial compensation, you will receive a range of comprehensive benefits:

  • Robust health insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement plans with employer matching contributions to help you achieve your long-term financial goals.
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, personal days, and holidays.
  • Continuing education and training programs aimed at expanding your clinical skills and knowledge base.
