Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while being part of a supportive outpatient team in Cape Coral. Our team operates predominantly Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client appointment needs. Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be actively engaged in a variety of tasks that are fundamental to the effective delivery of mental health services:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, and group counseling tailored to clients’ specific goals.
• Utilizing therapeutic techniques grounded in best practices to address a range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
