Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status, treatment needs, and therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, adapting methodologies to suit the unique needs of each client.
• Provide direct therapy sessions to adults utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other solution-focused techniques.
• Engage in regular teletherapy sessions, delivering quality mental health services via secure video platforms, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality.
• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating responsiveness and solid decision-making skills during critical situations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to remain current with emerging best practices in mental health treatment and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Our patient population may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach combined with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their challenges.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure effective case management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical environment, particularly with virtual therapy modalities, is highly valued.
• Prior experience managing a diverse caseload, exhibiting familiarity with treatment planning and client management systems.
• Membership in relevant professional associations, contributing to a commitment to ongoing education and engagement in the mental health field.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
