Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.
• Collaborate with a treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans, outlining attainable goals and tailored interventions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community integration and foster peer connections.
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when needed to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clientele often seeks help for issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other conditions that affect their mental wellness. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
